What counts as a call

On the Team plan, expert calls and meetings are unlimited. Where a pilot or an Enterprise agreement includes a call allowance, only expert calls that go live count towards it. Management meetings, advisor calls and general meetings are unmetered.

  • A call counts once it moves from setup to live.
  • A call you set up but never start does not count.
  • Management, advisor and general meetings never count.
