Terms of service

The service

Corrobly provides a live copilot for expert calls and meetings. Notes come first. Optional live transcription streams the meeting audio and your microphone straight to Deepgram as two separate streams; your own voice is labelled You and is never used as evidence, the audio is never recorded or stored, and a consent step comes before each capture. It does not record calls or join meetings. Corrobly is operated by Corrobly Ltd, a private limited company registered in England and Wales (company number 17506188), registered office Aria House, 23 Craven Street, London WC2N 5NS. Your content and responsibilities

• You keep ownership of the notes and other content you enter.
• You are responsible for complying with your expert network’s terms, including grace windows.
• You are responsible for your own compliance with rules on material non-public information.

AI output

Suggestions, scores and reports are generated by AI and may be wrong. They are aids to your judgement, not advice.

Fees

Fees are those agreed in writing for your pilot or plan. We invoice them; there is no card checkout. Prices exclude VAT, which is added at the UK rate where it applies.

Service levels

We use reasonable efforts to keep the service available and to fix faults promptly. There is no service level agreement during a pilot.

Liability

Each party’s total liability under these terms is capped at the fees paid in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow to be limited, such as for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

Confidentiality

Each party keeps the other’s confidential information confidential and uses it only to provide or use the service.

Ending the service

Either party may end the service by written notice. When it ends, we delete your workspace data on request, as the data processing agreement sets out.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and its courts have exclusive jurisdiction.
