Pilot

IT checklist.

Everything your IT team needs before the first call. It takes a few minutes, and nothing is installed.

  1. Allow the sign-in email

Add noreply@corrobly.com to the mail allowlist (safe senders), so sign-in emails arrive in the inbox and a link scanner does not open the sign-in link first. Every sign-in email also carries a six-digit code that works when a scanner has used the link.

  2. Browser permissions for www.corrobly.com

In Chrome or Edge, allow https://www.corrobly.com to use the microphone and to share a tab or the screen with audio ("Share tab audio", or "Entire screen" with "Share system audio" on Windows). On managed browsers these are the AudioCaptureAllowedUrls and ScreenCaptureAllowedByOrigins policies.

  3. Headset connected to the laptop

The analyst's headset is connected to the laptop that runs the call, not to a desk phone or a mobile.

  4. Nothing to install

Corrobly runs in the browser. There is no desktop app, no browser extension and no meeting bot: nothing joins the call.

  5. Sub-processors

The current list of sub-processors, what each one processes and where, is on the trust centre. See the sub-processor list.

  6. Capture rules

Take expert calls from the desktop with the headset connected to the laptop; if the call must be on a phone, join the same line from the laptop as well, muted, so Corrobly can listen.

Questions from IT or compliance: see the Security page and the trust centre.
